🏡 Lovely large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, main house shared with elderly lady and another woman lodger- we are looking for a friendly woman lodger for some company and help with meals for an affordable £190 per month to share this lovely home. Will suit someone working at least 3-4 days per week from home or WFH full time.

🗺️ GREAT LOCATION:
East Dulwich station is a 5 minute walk away. Peckham Rye Station is a 15 minute walk away which has both train and overground lines. Please review the map on this advert for the approximate location. We are unable to share the exact location.

• The room available – large double room with double bed, wardrobe and can arrange a desk for WFH. Use of the main living room and kitchen. There is a separate kitchenette with fridge that will be ready for the new lodger.

🛌THE IDEAL COMPANION:
The retired lady is looking for a woman lodger over 30 years that can assist 15-20 hours a week with cooking easy light meals 3 evenings per week and making lunch 4 days per week. The lady is vegetarian and would prefer that no meat be cooked but is happy for the lodger to cook chicken or fish. This will suit some working from home or someone working from home at least 3 days a week. The lady has interests in medieval history, knitting, playing the piano and going on trips to Dulwich Park. She also has short-term memory issues (dementia) She has a very supportive family that visit often as well as a lovely lady lodger. It is a very warm and supportive environment. The home is not suitable for a pet.

****If there is an exceptitional warm and friendly couple with some experience of dementia, a separate flat can be made available upstairs, with its own kitchenette and livingroom.

✔️ALL BILLS INCLUDED:
-£190 per month (All rent, bills and Share My Home subscription are included in these amounts). There are no other costs. Please note this is an ongoing subscription which ends when you move out.
