Double room with fabulous view in East Dulwich

Now that my Emma, my lodger for the last year, is moving out, her large double room is available to let. We're on a quiet street off the bottom end of Lordship Lane, about 30 minutes from King's or the Maudsley, and an hour to most central London destinations. Forest Hill & the Overground are 20 minutes away, as are the independent shops & cafes of Lordship Lane. You'll be sharing with me (male, professional, retired) and another lodger, (hardworking male, mid twenties). There's also a large garden which can be a suntrap on a summer afternoon and evening. All bills and broadband included.
