Description

Double room with the morning sun available in a cosy 4-bedroom terrace house in a quiet cul-de-sac in Southeast London. This a pure vegetarian household (no eggs). It is a warm home that becomes a place to share food, ideas, music as well as movie nights as we have a projector. The house backs onto Camberwell cemetery so it’s very quiet with lovely nature views at the back of the house. The nearest overground station is Honor Oak Park which is a 20 mins walk from the property. There is bus service (63 or 363) that stops just outside the house and goes to Kings Cross. Lordship lane is a 15 min walk and offers many lovely shops, cafes, cinema, and other amenities. Peckham Rye Park is a 5 min walk away. The property is ready to move in to! It is with a private landlord who requires references.

The House:
- Newly renovated and refurbished
- Access to the kitchen, living room and garden with a greenhouse
- £750/ month room rent does not include bills
- Gas, electricity, and water are all on a meter so costs will depend on usage
- £80.55/ month average for bills
- Weekly cleaner (price not reflected in bills above)
- Non smoker
- Non-drinker preferred
- We would like to maintain a sober and clean environment and would prefer likeminded individuals.
- Ideal housemates are pure vegetarian or vegan (if you don’t have an issue with milk products in the house)

The Room:
- Double room is front facing
- Double Bed
- Spacious built-in wardrobe
- Curtains
