Monday to Friday let for single person:
Large double room with en-suite and loads of wardrobe and drawer space. Situated on the 1st floor, front of a Victorian semi in a quiet street off the local high street, so easy access to shops/buses/Britsh Rail. Shared use of kitchen (large and well-equipped, utility and garden. it's south facing Bedding/linens available if needed. Utility bills and superfast broadband included.


Local transport: buses 37, 40, 42, 176, 185, P13. 8 mins walk to East Dulwich station (trains to London Bridge) and 20 mins walk or short bus ride to Denmark Hill station (trains to Victoria & Thameslink, etc).


We're a fairly quiet household. I'm a local part-time teacher. My son (19) is away at Uni in Leeds and usually here during the holidays.
