Flexible, all-inclusive, short-term: roomy house!

Lovely big house on East Dulwich Grove, 5 mins walk from the station.

The room is a large double. There's a big living room, a music room with piano, dining room and kitchen. Two bathrooms between three.

I am Ed, a 34 year old Chiropractor. The other housemate is Joaquim, a 31 year old composer. We're both friendly and outgoing, but equally both quite busy so we won't demand anything from you if you just want to do your own thing.

The room is available from the start of May, but it's somewhat flexible so if you can't quite make that by a few weeks it's not the end of the world.

It's a very flexible arrangement - no deposit, no contract, or anything like that - just the monthly fee which is inclusive of all bills etc, so nothing extra to pay. The landlord will probably want to meet you too prior to moving in, but after that: move in whenever you like and you're good to go.

It's a great deal - you'll be getting a lot of house (and room) for your money. To give you an honest picture, the house does feel 'lived in' in the sense that the carpets are not new, and there are certain communal rooms that have a lot of things like books etc in them. So if you're looking for a super-modern and minimalist pad that you can design truly as you want it - this isn't it. But if you want to move in somewhere with a lot of charm and a lot of space, then this is it. We do like to take care of the place so please be ready to be proactive with clearing up after yourself and pitching in with cleaning and buying 'stuff' for the house etc. We don't want to have hard-and-fast 'rules' if we can help it, but we'd also prefer not to establish a precedent of regularly WFH at the dining room table.
