Flexible, all-inclusive, medium-term: roomy house!

Lovely big house on East Dulwich Grove, 5 mins walk from the station.

The room is a large double. There's a big living room, a music room with piano, dining room and kitchen. Two bathrooms between three.

Housemates: Ed, a 35 year old Chiropractor, and Amy, an occupational therapist. We're friendly but quite busy out and about or at work most of the time, so we won't demand anything from you if you just want to do your own thing.

The room is available from whenever you like. We have someone else lined up to move in around the middle of next year (date flexible), so this place will suit you best if you're looking for somewhere to stay for anything between 4 to 9 months. We can be flexible on the longer side, but more than 12 months is probably not going to work.

With that in mind, it's a very flexible arrangement - no deposit, no contract, or anything like that - just the monthly fee which is inclusive of all bills etc, so nothing extra to pay. The landlord will probably want to meet you too prior to moving in, but after that: move in whenever you like and you're good to go.

It's a great deal - you'll be getting a lot of house (and room) for your money, and the place has a lot of charm and character. We do like to take care of the place so please be ready to be proactive with clearing up after yourself and pitching in with cleaning and buying 'stuff' for the house etc. We don't want to have hard-and-fast 'rules' if we can help it, but we'd also prefer not to establish a precedent of regularly WFH at the dining room table.
