🏡 **Beautiful Victorian flat with loads of character**

🌞This flat is lovely, with high ceilings, gothic features and a really calm, homely vibe. It’s a quiet building with off-road parking 🚗 and a bright, cosy living room with a big sofa and dining table — perfect for relaxed evenings, dinners or just hanging out.

🛏️ The room:
It’s a large double that feels peaceful and light. It comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, desk, and built-in clothes rails with shelving — though I’m totally happy to remove some or all of the furniture if you’d rather bring your own bits.

👯Your housemate
You’ll be living with Caitlin (26) — she’s genuinely lovely. Funny, thoughtful, and just a really easy person to share a home with. The flat’s generally really calm, so it would suit someone who wants a friendly but peaceful place to come home to.

👶 I adore this flat — but I’m having a baby soon and need a bit more space, so I’ll be moving out in the next few weeks.

You couldn’t ask for a better spot — just 1 minute from the bus stop with quick links to Central London, and 0.6 miles from Forest Hill Station (Overground / Southern).

You’re surrounded by beautiful green spaces — Horniman Museum & Gardens, Dulwich Park, and my favourite, Sydenham Hill Woods 🌳 (an ancient woodland just across the road).

There’s a big Sainsbury’s about a 10-minute walk or quick cycle away, and Dulwich Village with its cafés and shops is only 15 minutes.
