Room to rent in nice terraced house, East Dulwich

Hi, I’m renting out this double room in my house in East Dulwich, available immediately, ideally for a six month term and then monthly. But I’m open to a shorter let.

It’s £810 rent including all bills but £840 pm total including £30 towards the cleaners who come once every 2 weeks (and will clean your room, change your sheets etc)

You would need to like dogs as I live here with my Jack Russell Chihuahua called ZZ :)

It's a nice quiet residential street, 5 mins walk from Peckham Rye and 5 mins from Lordship Lane, with maybe the best bakery south of the river within 30 seconds of the front door and North Cross shops and Saturday market maybe 3 -4mins walk away.

Other than some bare floorboards and being a bit rough round the edges it's very comfortable to live in, and the living room has nice furniture in and feels homely... so hopefully a cost efficient option for someone looking to live in the area in a nice property with nice people

The bed is a Hemnes IKEA day bed and can be made into a double.

I founded a tech startup last year (which is why the renovations have been delayed and I’m renting rooms out), and Carlos my housemate is a nanny - so we both live a fairly typical 9-5 monday-friday sort of life.

As much as I'm very relaxed and enjoy socialising and having friends round occasionally it’s worth noting this definitely isn’t a party house, due to being an old building and neighbours with kids it’s quiet after 11pm.
