Double room in a first floor flat in East Dulwich with shared bathroom and kitchen but no garden. The room has desk, bed and wardrobe. The house is Edwardian with two flats in total in building. RENT IS £650 and with bills (Council tax & energy) is £750 per month but this is likely to be cheaper in Summer months. The reason bills are more expensive in Winter is when heating is on (last year it was £480 for 3 months). References will be required and a first months deposit. Sadly, there is no where to store a bike but Southwark Council have a bike storage unit which you can rent per year. The room is only suitable for people who work full time during week and is not working from home every day. Ideally before meeting, I would like a WhatsApp video call before meeting in person.
