Cozy room in friendly East Dulwich houseshare

Hi all!
We are renting a lovely double room in a house share in East Dulwich by Peckham Rye park (SE22)!

Essential: The rent is £600/month, excluding bills. Bills are about £100-150/month and include wifi, electricity, water, household needs, and cat food/ care (flea treatments etc). The room will become available on 1 August.

The house: We have 4 rooms, a garden, a fully stocked kitchen and a big living room with space for bicycle storage. You'll be sharing a bathroom with 2 others. We have a garden that is nice to hang out in in the summer but definitely needs some TLC! The room has a built-in wardrobe and there is an extra bed frame in the house if you don't have your own (not the one pictured). You will have to provide your own mattress. The wooden desk pictured is also not included in the room.

The area: Our street is quiet and residential with a lot of families, and we're a 2 minute walk from the amazing Peckham Rye Park. We are also a 10-15 minute walk from both Rye Lane in Peckham and Lordship Lane in East Dulwich - both have a lot of great restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, and art and music venues. We're close to a gym that grants free gym and pool access to residents every weekend.

Transportation: There are regular trains that go to central London that you can catch at either East Dulwich or Peckham Rye station (about 15 min walk to either). Also, we have access to many buses on our doorstep (37, 12, 63, 363, 197, and more). The closest tube stations are Brixton (Victoria line) or Elephant and Castle (Northern, Bakerloo), which are both about a 30 min bus ride away.
