En-suite Double Room in East Dulwich / Peckham Rye. Our housemate is moving out due to work which has made space for someone to move in from May 2024.

We're incredibly lucky to live where we do, the house is close to Peckham Rye and East Dulwich areas. The area is well served by trains (Southern Line into London Bridge in 12 mins, Thameslink to Farringdon in 20 mins and Southeast to Victoria in 13). Peckham Rye is also on the Overground meaning you can get to Shoreditch in around 20 mins and also to Canada Water in 10 which links up with Jubilee line.

The room is spacious, comfy and well kept. We have a shared area on the ground floor, with the kitchen being our main hangout when chilling at home or with friends - luckily this leads out onto the garden as well.

The local area, East Dulwich has brilliant restaurants and pubs which we enjoy for the odd weekday beer or on the weekends. Peckham is also great fun for something a little later with a good selection of bars and music venues.

The three of us have a real mix of interests but all get on well, everything from sports, to restaurants, and meeting friends. We've lived together for a while now and are well settled into the house.
