Double Room in luxury apartment on Lordship Lane

It's a good sized room in East Dulwich with a small desk, big wardrobe and under-bed storage. It's on the lower floor of the flat and next to one of the two bathrooms (the other is an en-suite). I'm subletting the room until the end of the contract on the 17th of August, so you'd be living with my two lovely welcoming flatmates Toby (carpenter) and Oscar (chef) until then, with the possibility of renewing the contract with whoever's interested by then. Both are often out or away working, but there is a nice communal vibe and we have some amazing speakers built by Toby for listening to music in our stylish kitchen/living room. We are all musicians, so playing instruments is welcome (but not essential!). We enjoy cooking, chess, music, films, football, anything creative, and the pub. We're looking for someone who can hang out and also has their own interests to bring to the house.

The council tax band is B. The local area is dotted with lots of nice cafes, supermarkets and charity shops. 15 mins walk into Peckham, also close to Camberwell and Brixton. Great links into central London via buses and train.
