Hey ☀️ we’re looking for 2 people to sublet/lodgers for a minimum of 4 month (but this is flexible) in a 4 bed house in East Dulwich.

The rooms are spacious double bedrooms fully furnished - available for a minimum of 4 months in Peckham/East Dulwich - 5 mins walk to Lordship Lane and 20mins to London Bridge station.

🌻 Available from 1st July 🌻

Rent: ✨£800 ✨+ bills (these change depending on usage but usually around £100 for everything)
Free street parking included!
+ £480 damage deposit

Room 1 is furnished with a king size bed, clothing rail and desk
Room 2 is furnished with a king size bed, built in wardrobe, desk and mirror

Both rooms face onto the garden

The rest of the house has a large open double living room, music room and good size kitchen that leads to a huge garden with a shed if you need bike storage. There is also a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

Amalie ☀️- I’m a musician and music teacher. I love going to the cinema, gigs and festivals.
Alannah 🌟 - work in customer service in a start up. I am obsessed with fashion, love going for pints and hanging out.

We love throwing dinner parties and movie nights so would be great to have housemates that would like to join in, but also respect peoples space if that’s not for you.
We’ve also been working on the garden for the past few months so we should have a beautiful garden with a pizza oven and fire pit by mid July!

We’re looking for people who are clean and easy to get along with. ✨
There is also a dog and 2 kittens that live at the house so would prefer someone who loves animals too 💕 (the kittens are usually at Amalie's partners house so aren't around too much.)
