Large double bedroom in East Dulwich

-Double bedroom with built-in cabinets and a chest of drawer included
-Furnished kitchen (dining table and chairs, plates, and cutlery are mine but I am very much happy to share)
-Shared bathroom

The small room/office has been converted to a living room by my flatmate who is moving out. We had an agreement that she can have both the double bedroom and the office because my room (supposedly living room) is bigger than hers so it’s still fair as we equally split the rent and bills.

Rent is £763 and bills is roughly £181 (council tax, gas, electricity, water, and broadband)

Safe and quiet neighbourhood.

Nearby stations: Forest Hill, East Dulwich, Denmark Hill, and Peckham Rye - all accessible with a 10-15 min bus ride or 20-35 min walk

Bus stops 1-4 mins walk. Bus 185, 40, 176, and 12. These go to central London, Peckham, and Croydon

Very close to Dulwich Village and Lordship lane which has variety of parks, pubs, coffee shops, and restaurants. There is also a weekend market in North Cross Road and Horniman Museum

There is a walking distance Sainsbury’s local, a bus ride away for the big Sainsbury near Forest Hill station and in Dog Kenell Hill, and M&S near East Dulwich station and one in Lordship lane.

Something about me:

I’m a nurse working office hours on weekdays. I love to travel and try new restaurants. Most evenings, I stay in my room but I try to be as sociable when possible.
I would prefer to have a clean and tidy flatmate who is responsible as well.

In terms of cleaning the communal spaces, my flatmate and I just take turns but don’t follow a specific timetable for it as we are both responsible adults. Therefore, I am keen to have a similar flatmate as well.
