Looking for someone to replace me on our tenancy, as I’m moving elsewhere with my partner. Lovely cosy room with plenty of daylight. Good size living room, one bathroom, two lovely flatmates for you to befriend, Spencer (M), and Beth (F).
Tenancy runs from now up til Feb 2025, and landlord usually expects us to resign for the next year.
Lordship Lane is a sought after area with a real community / high street feel. Lots of brilliant pubs, cafes and shops around, plus food markets on the weekends. With Dulwich Park around the corner, and short walk to Peckham Rye Common. Transport links 10-15 mins by bus to either East Dulwich, Forest Hill or Denmark Hill. Lots of great bus routes into town also!
Current flatmates are both fun and easy going, love a chit chat, but also respect eachothers' space and time. Spencer (M) works from home for half the week, and both will be home on evenings and weekends.
I’m pretty flexible for the start date to be somewhere at the start of July.
The prospective new tenant would be someone sociable, respectful, someone who pulls their weight with cleaning etc and who might fancy a flat dinner every once in a while. Must be sure to pass reference checks and landlord has said they must be in full-time employment.
We’re taking viewings on Sunday 16/06 and Monday 17/06 before making a final decision. Get in touch and tell us a bit about yourself!
