Double Room w/En-Suite near Peckham Rye Park

The double room available is our flatmate’s, Charlie, who is moving out into his Girlfriends flat in July - it has an en suite bathroom - no toilet in there - just shower and sink, there is a toilet in the bathroom on the landing.

The room will come partially furnished.

I’m currently sharing a room with my partner. His brother is also a flatmate (who is queer - so LGBTQ 🏳️‍🌈 safe poc household) - 1 min walk from Peckham Rye Park - it’s above a Turkish restaurant but the house is large, every room is huge.

It’s a bit of an edgy terraced flat (the entrance is not desirable but we will be getting that fixed soon hopefully) but just below us in a pharmacy, 2 cafes, Italian restaurant, dry cleaner, post office, convenience stores and local Co-Op.

Bus stop is 2 min walk away from the door, 9-12 mins into Peckham Rye Lane or Honor Oak Station in the opposite direction. Overground and SouthEastern connections from there. Food markets/hairshops/live music venues etc. if you know Rye Lane, you know.

We have a garden that needs a touch up but we intend on doing so before summer hits.
