We are a friendly house share just 2 minutes from East Dulwich station (13 minutes to London Bridge) and only a 10-minute walk from Lordship Lane. The double room comes unfurnished and is a good size, bright, and airy. All bills, including speedy broadband, are included. The deposit is a bargain at £217, and the room is available from 2nd week of August.

The flat has a separate kitchen and a massive shared living room for all our socialising needs. We've got 2 bathrooms with showers – no queuing necessary! It's not a party house, but we love a drink together, occasional BBQs in the downstairs garden or just binge-watching some trashy TV in the living room. We're looking for someone who wants to make the house their home, not just a crash pad. We would prefer a male over 30 with regular working hours to keep the flat's dynamic just right.

The house is split into two flats; downstairs is David, the head tenant. Upstairs, where you'll be living, is the larger flat. You'll be sharing with 4 awesome housemates - Jojo, Tamara, Dylan & Erin and let’s not forget Tamara's cat, Stan. We're all working professionals who appreciate a good laugh and a clean kitchen.

Conveniently, we've got a large Sainsbury's just 5-10 minutes away, Peckham Rye Park is a 15-20 minute walk, and nearby Lordship Lane offers restaurants, pubs, gyms, and bars.
