Rent is currently 950 pcm (excluding bills). It is possible the landlord will increase the rent when we change tenants.

Kitchen a bit on the small side but is fine for just two people. Lounge is big with a sofa and dining table with 4 chairs.

Flat is furnished but bring what you want

There is a big communal garden area for the 6 flats in the building.

Bit about me - I'm 28 and a lawyer commuting out of East Dulwich to Tunbridge Wells, Kent twice / three times a week - WFH the other days. I leave the house at 7/7.30ish when in the office so high chance of being woken up at that time as the bedroom is next to the shower.

I'm very laid-back and easy-going. Love all sport - huge Arsenal fan, keen golfer. Love a pub visit. Wouldn't say I'm ultra-clean but the flat is by no means a dump.

It's a lovely area of London to live in. Pubs and coffee shops galore. Got Peckham Rye 15 min walk away if you fancy a some quirkiness.

Transport links are limited. Into London Bridge is great but need to rely on buses and lime bikes otherwise really.

The flat does come with 1 private parking space. which I currently use. If you have a car, we can have a chat to discuss arrangements (maybe share price of permit or something).
