A lovely furnished double room with french doors opening onto the back garden. A friendly household with three males, one female, looking for another female (ideally) to keep the balance!

Clean and tidy, bills (£170/month approx) include a cleaner once a week. Nice big kitchen with new range cooker, washing machine, dishwasher and plenty of cupboard space.

Two toilets, one bathroom, shared shower room (recently refurbished). Room comes furnished but the landlord is flexible if you want to bring some of your own.

Looking for someone friendly, easy-going and tidy to fit in with our laid-back vibe! Official move in date would be 27th Sept but can be earlier if needed.

Deposit of £692.30 (payable to previous tenancy) + £50 admin fee (payable to letting agent) for tenancy name change.
