Sadly our current house mate is moving to work abroad so we are looking for someone to join our house-share in a small double room situated in the back of the house so lovely & quiet.
There’s a living room, dining room, large kitchen, two bathrooms and a small garden. The house is on a friendly street just a two minute walk from Lordship Lane with really nice pubs and restaurants.
The bills are separate (approx £100 a month), free on-street parking & good Wi-Fi. We have a lovely private landlord who is very helpful and understanding.
You’d be living with Josh and Laura who both work in Advertising. We are pretty easy-going, sociable and love a good chat! Our work patterns are Monday-Friday office work. Looking for a housemate who is clean, respectful & wants to make the house feel like a home.
