Double room in chilled East Dulwich houseshare

Looking for a new housemate for a chilled and friendly houseshare in East Dulwich! Furnished double room, £840 (bills inclusive) available mid-July.

The house is a lovely first floor maisonette with lots of natural light. It's a 15 minute walk from Lordship Lane, Peckham Rye Park, or Honor Oak Park Overground. We also have a lovely (and characterful) cat called Charlie. The room itself is furnished with a bed, wardrobe & drawers, and is south facing so get lots of sunshine.

We’re looking for a tidy, chilled femme housemate in their 20s; preferably a professional or mature student. You'd be living with Issy (script editor/filmmaker - 23) & Tereza (conservationist - 26). We have a calm, communal vibe in the house & enjoying hanging together - whether that's a shared dinner, beer in Peckham Rye or night out - alongside living classically busy, independent London lives.

We like to keep the shared spaces clean & tidy - esp as the house is so beautiful - so would love to find someone who prefers the same. The house is in a quiet, residential area so is best for someone who enjoys a calm, homely space.
