The flat is located in the residencial area of East Dulwich with a free parking, oposite Peckham Rye park and its beautiful walks and gardens. The room is ideal to relax and unwind after work or when sometimes WFH.. Female are preferred. The flat is closed to shops, and transport. (15’ to Victoria or London Bridge) Good broadband connection with booster and back up. Amenities to be shared with my lovely spanish speaker lodger white I am away. She is a respectful professional female, tidy and clean, she sometimes likes sharing a meal or a cup of tea.
Bills are included as well as a a grumpy living in ginger cat :-) You will have plenty of storage space, own cupboard. Pans, cups, dishes and cuttlery are provided.
Supermarket is just round the corner, as well as a bus stop on Rye lane. We have three nice pubs, plenty of coffee places, leisure centres and many more!
