We have a double room becoming available in our spacious 3-bed East Dulwich flat, available from 1st November.

The Room:

The room is a smaller-sized double (yet still a good amount of space for a double bed, wardrobe, desk etc) - the rent is £750pcm.

The bedroom comes unfurnished, though the living-room/kitchen is already furnished.

Location:

The flat is on a nice, quiet residential street 5 minutes from Lordship Lane, and 5 minutes from Peckham Rye Common.

It’s a 10-15 walk to East Dulwich Station which gets you to London Bridge in 15 minutes, and it’s also a 15-20 minute walk from Rye Lane / Peckham Rye Station.

The flat is a 2-minute walk from North Cross Road Market on a Saturday, and opposite popular local bakery Eric’s.

There’s free parking on the street - the road can occasionally get busy, but generally it’s always easy to find a spot close to the flat.

Ali - I’m 32 and work as an Editor in Film/Advertising. I work from a studio in Deptford, but work from home approx. 1 day a week. I’m into music, cinema, galleries, running.

Matt - I'm 27 and working in Product & Furniture design. Currently in the office full time in Oval. I enjoy all things outdoors, including running, cycling and camping. I'm also into cooking and coffee!

We’re sociable and like hanging out together as flatmates, but we’re also out doing our own thing a fair bit. We’re ideally looking for people in their late twenties or early thirties who will treat the place like a home and keep it clean and tidy, and are down to hang out and catch a film / grab a beer from time to time.

Contract:

The flat is available from 1st November 2025. It’s a 12-month contract, with a 6 month break-clause, and the possibility of renewing in November next year.

Bills:

Bills aren’t included in the rent — they come to approximately £125 each pcm.
