The house has a sizeable kitchen that joins into a living room/dining room. A huge garden ! and dishwasher and washing machine !
I'm looking to move out in October. The lease is up in December. However the other girls are keen to continue it so there's an opportunity to stay on or leave.
We are in Council Tax band D (this comes to about £50pcm each, excluding our student housemate)
Bills and wifi also come to around £50pcm
