Big room in massive cute house

Hi! Sadly one of our lovelies is leaving and we're looking to replace them for 2 months sublet, with the possibility to extend. Looking for a good cultural ethos fit, so someone chilled and friendly. Clean, tidy, and okay with open and confident leftie queer people.

The place is massive, with a garden, 2 bathrooms and separate toilet, livingroom and kitchen.

Please no students (unless willing to contribute towards council tax) and no couples.

No pets pls. Must be okay with guest dogs and guest people. You're welcome to have guests too if they are respectful and friendly.

We're foodies, who like to go out out but the home is not a sesh party place. The neighbours are super friendly, with lots of street finds for furniture and items. The area is very chill and quiet, with many parks and pubs. Nearest train stations are east dulwich, north dulwich, forest Hill, Denmark Hill.

Looking for someone to move in from 5 Oct, but can be flexible, can discuss.
