I am looking for a single professional person. A soubke besroom is availabke. It is on the first floor. It is spacious , bright and overlooks the garden. The house has 3 shower rooms.
The existing tenants are a male and two females and work full time. It is an organised and quiet house in a lovely residential area, close to the bus stop, park, supermarket, walking distance to Lordship lane and the lovely shops and restaurants.
All bills are included, however this will be reviewed if usage increases dramatically.

Landlady has the use of a room on the ground floor when she is in London.
