We are looking for a single professional person. A spacious double room in a loft conversion with large ensuite shower room with toilet and plenty of light overlooking London. The room has plenty of storage. It is a private room on the third floor away from the rest of the house. The existing tenants are 3 women working full time. It is an organised and quiet house in a lovely residential area, close to the bus stop, park, supermarket, walking distance to Lordship lane and the lovely shops and restaurants.
All bills are included, however this will be reviewed if usage increases dramatically.

Landlady has the use of a room on the ground floor when she is in London.
