Looking for two people to join me in this lovely modern 3 bed flat on Overhill road. Both rooms are spacious with various options available regarding furnishings but come with furniture already if required.

You'll be sharing the flat with me, Theo I'm 28 and work in cloud mixture of wfh and in office. I'm a sociable guy who enjoys linking friends, keeping active and going out to music nights and making music/collecting vinyl. I'll be out and about a fair bit but keen to meet new people, have a good vibe in the house and get up to all the good things that come with shared living going pub, cooking meals and hanging out.

The flat has been taken care of by a chill private landlord with a very unique decor to it and lots of modern amenities. comes with a patio and large storage for bikes and off road parking.

Located on Overhill road right next do Dawsons hill, a 10 minute walk from forest hill station and 15 minute walk from peckham rye.

Room 1: £950 a month
Middle room spacious and comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, wall mounted TV and a cabinet/table alongside access to rear patio area.

Room 2: £900 a month
smallest room but still bright and spacious, comes with a double bed (single in pics but being replaced with a double), desk, chest of drawers and telephone box shelves + access to rear patio area.

the rooms are available from the 22nd of September and will be doing viewings from the 4th looking for both rooms to be filled for the year.
