It’s ideal if you’re working from home, want somewhere relaxed to stay while you’re in London, or simply need a comfortable base to explore the city.

The flat has a spacious living room with plenty of natural light, a well-equipped kitchen, and a clean shared bathroom. The room itself comes with everything you need to settle in right away, and there’s enough space for both working and relaxing.

Location:
We’re in an amazing spot — just a 3-minute walk to East Dulwich train station (with regular trains to London Bridge in under 15 minutes) and a 10-minute walk to Denmark Hill for Thameslink and Victoria connections. Buses are also nearby, making it really easy to get around the city.

For green space, you’re spoilt for choice: Dulwich Park, Ruskin Park, and Peckham Rye Common are all within 10 minutes’ walk. They’re perfect for running, picnics, or just escaping the busy city.

Lordship Lane is only 5 minutes away, lined with independent cafés, bakeries, restaurants, and pubs. From brunch spots and pizza places to cosy pubs and a weekly market, it’s a lively stretch with loads of character. Camberwell and Peckham are also just 15 minutes away on foot, giving you even more options for food, nightlife, and culture.

Flatmate:
You’ll be sharing with Seb, a friendly and easy-going 31-year-old professional who works in tech sustainability. He enjoys cooking, sports, and the local pubs, and is always up for a chat but equally respects personal space.
