Double Room in beautiful East Dulwich House Share

We have a lovely double room available in our friendly 5-bedroom house in East Dulwich.

You’ll be living with Kate, Charlotte, Susie and Jorge, working in fashion, book conservation, charity sector, and data privacy. We're looking for a like-minded, tidy, and considerate housemate who values a peaceful and well-maintained home.

The house is located in the heart of East Dulwich, just off Lordship Lane, which has everything you need—lots of restaurants, M&S, a local butcher, cheesemonger, fishmonger, fruit and veg shop, market on Saturdays and even a cinema.

For those who love green spaces, we’re close to several parks, and transport is convenient with East Dulwich station just a 10-minute walk away and a bus stop right outside that takes you straight to Central London.

About the house:

Clean and tidy – we take pride in maintaining a peaceful, comfortable space.

We enjoy socialising occasionally over a glass of wine but all have our own lives.

We love buying fresh flowers for the living room, working on the garden, and using the BBQ in summer.

Spacious living areas, fully equipped kitchen, 2.5 Bathrooms, T. V./guest room with a Balcony where Jorge works from during the day and a lovely back patio where we relax when the weather's good.

Bills not included and come around £95 a month (council tax, utilities, Wi-Fi).

About the room:

Double room, 3.40mx2.85m, facing the back garden in the 1st floor and comes unfurnished.
