Room for two months in a lovely East Dulwich flat

Hello! I’m looking for someone to move into this lovely two bedroom flat for two months from 12 October. The flat is on Dunstan’s Road which is a calm road between Peckham Rye and Dulwich Park. The room is bright and the flat is spacious for two with an amazing garden. I'm 32 years old and work on climate change, and I go into the office two/three days a week and tend to be out and about a couple of evenings per week too. I’m a laid back respectful person and would like to live with someone chilled and sociable. I keep the flat clean and tidy and mostly calm but also enjoy having people over for dinner/drinks. The landlords are selling the flat hence the short term let, however there is potential for it to be extended. Let me know if you have any questions or would like any more information. Thanks! Olly
