Double Room Available in East Dulwich

We are a group of 3 girls who have been friends from school. Our housemate is moving out and we have a spare room available til our tenancy agreement ends in July. We live in a big detached house with a large sitting room and a large separate kitchen. We also have a small garden at the back which we store our bikes and sit when it’s sunny. We are all young professionals who work in music and marketing and work from home and in the office. The house is an 8 minute bus to Peckham Rye over ground (17 minute walk) and is off lordship lane and the North Cross Road Saturday market. We really love the house and are looking for a friendly, sociable person to share it with. We are very sociable, and are often going out for gigs, drinks and dinners, so it’s a busy house, if you’re someone that likes a bit more space and quiet. We do often have friends over for drinks and dinner parties so would love someone that doesn’t mind having people over and joining in.

The bedroom available doesn’t have space for both a desk and a wardrobe, so the wardrobe is kept in the hallway. If you don’t need a desk, it can be moved or the space replaced with other furniture. The bedrooms came completely un furnished, so the person moving in would need to buy the bed for £120, and would keep it at the end of the tenancy.
