Cosy Double Room in East Dulwich House

Hello! We're looking for another housemate to join our property from September/October onwards - move in date relatively flexible.

The three-floor house is just off Lordship Lane in a quiet corner of East Dulwich, with access to plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs nearby. It's walking distance to Peckham Rye Station and East Dulwich Station, and combined with plenty of bus routes getting into central London is easy; Dulwich Park and Peckham Rye Park are close by, too.

The room is a small double room with some furnishings (there is a bed and storage options but you may also want to get yourself some lamps and smaller side tables/shelves, though there is plenty of external bookshelf space too) – there’s also a dedicated space downstairs for a desk if you need somewhere to work from home. There’s a cosy living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a great private garden which gets plenty of the sun in the summer.

You’ll be living with four easygoing, tidy and respectful housemates. We’re in our late twenties and early thirties and work in education, publishing and finance. We enjoy socialising together, so if the occasional film night, dinner or drink / night out is your thing, you’d be a great fit, but we are equally respectful of each others’ time and space.
