Room in friendly East Dulwich flat near park

We’re looking for a someone to take over my room in a lovely 4-bed, two-floor flat in East Dulwich. It’s a double room, comes fully furnished, and has space for a small desk. You’d also get the second bathroom and shower mostly to yourself.

It’s just around the corner from Peckham Rye park, with easy access to both Peckham, East Dulwich, and loads of great food, pubs, cafes, and independent shops.

You’d be living with three really good mates, all young professionals. Everyone is super social, but also respectful of each others’ time and space. If the occasional film night, dinner, or after-work drink is your thing, you’d be a great fit.

Bills are roughly £100 each and move-in date is flexible, but ideally early to mid-October.
