We are looking for someone to take over our lovely 2 bed flat in SE22 - Peckham/East Dulwich area from the 14th October - 28th January.

The flat is in a lovely art deco building near the amazing Peckham Rye park. The building has a lovely communal court yard and respectful neighbours.

We have some great views from the bedroom windows both of which are lovely spacious doubles, with lots of light.

The kitchen, living room and bathroom are all a good size for 2 people sharing the place.

The flat can be either furnished or unfurnished.

25 min walk to Peckham Rye Station
10 min bus to Peckham Rye Station
12 min walk to Honor Oak Station

Ideally looking for 2 sharers to take over the place but open to separate sublets. Could work for couples as well due to the size of both the bedrooms. :)

There is also the opportunity to take over the contract in January.
