1-bed flat for 3 months sublet

We're hoping to go travelling in the new year and would love for someone (or a couple) to take up our flat for 3 months while we're away.

Dates would be as follows, with some flexibility:
15 Jan – 14 April

The flat is a newly refurbished 1 bed. It's not quite ground floor (slightly higher), with white walls, wooden floors, big windows, and our own neutral furniture. The flat is made up of 1 bedroom facing the Rye, 1 kitchen/living room (with space for a desk/WFH set-up), and a bathroom.

The garden is shared with the 3 other flats, but it is rarely used and is kept tidy by a gardener.

The flat is located right opposite Peckham Rye park, a walk away from Rye Lane and Lordship Lane, and a 5-min walk to the Dulwich Leisure gym/pool. Peckham Rye and East Dulwich train stations are a 15min walk away.

£1600pcm including bills and WiFi.
