SHORT TERM large unfurnished double room

Hi! I’m looking for someone to sublet my double room in East Dulwich during an overlap period between my old and new lease.
The room is available now until the 4th of Dec at £750/month including bills. I’m also happy to rent on a week by week basis so you don’t have to lock anything in any longer than you need it.
I’m not in London again until Weds 16th Oct but am happy to Facetime to chat through any other info and arrange a viewing when I’m back.
The room has a mattress and a rail but is otherwise unfurnished. Ignore the stuff in the corner— that’s mine!
It’s the first room on the right of the entryway and next to the living room, with a large kitchen on the same floor. There’s also a walled garden out the back.
The other housemates are wonderful, friendly, queer professional gals/enbies. Looking for someone who is kind, respectful, and bubbly.
East Dulwich is BEAUTIFUL. So many cafés, cinemas, shops, and parks around, perfect for brisk Autumnal/Winter walks 🍂
