Large Double Room in East Dulwich

Hi,

We’re three musicians who’ve been living together in East Dulwich for a while now. Unfortunately our flatmate Pete is moving out and we need to find a new housemate for the remaining 6 months of our contract.

The neighbourhood -

We live on a lovely quiet road in East Dulwich a couple minutes walk from the station and close to Lordship Lane high street. The local area is amazing. You’d be hard pressed to find a place this close to East Dulwich for such reasonable rent!

The Room -

The room available is the largest in the house, with nice high ceilings overlooking the front of the street. The street has been recently closed to thoroughfare traffic so is extremely quiet and gets lovely light in the afternoon/evenings! The house is council tax band C and generally you can expect around £100 worth of bills (including high speed internet, council tax, gas and electric) during the winter but this drops considerably in the summer.

The Housemates -

You’d be living with Mat and Oscar, two touring musicians who are both amazing lads and very considerate housemates. We all love to cook, chill together and try and keep the house nice and clean and are looking for someone who’s friendly, tidy, and generally just a good vibe.
