We have two small double rooms available in our lovely 4 bed home in East Dulwich just off Lordship Lane. 8 min walk to East Dulwich station where there is a 13 minute direct train to London Bridge.
There are easy/quick bus routes to Brixton for the Victoria line and Denmark Hill for the Overground and we are also near lots of green space with parks like Peckham and Dulwich on our doorstep!
Two housemates are sadly leaving to move abroad/elsewhere in London, so we’re looking to fill the rooms with social and friendly people.
The flat has:
• An large open plan kitchen and living area with space for two desks for working from home.
• One bathroom
• Good sized garden terrace and patio areas across two levels which is perfect for summer evenings and weekends!
• Washing machine and dishwasher
• Free street parking

We are looking for two housemates who are sociable, clean and tidy. As a house we like a mix of socialising but also having our own space and downtime. The two housemates who are staying are Zoe and Alice (29 years old). We are an LGBT friendly household.
A bit about them:
Zoe loves a team sport, plays cricket and hockey and loves to watch football. Also is sociable and likes music, festivals and seeing friends.
Alice is sociable but also likes downtime, enjoys ClassPass and running. Hobbies include cooking, going out for dinner or to the pub.
We will be holding viewings on 18th and 27th November in the evenings, but can also be flexible.
We are looking for people to move in from the 13th December (downstairs room) and 18th (upstairs room).
Rent is £750 + bills (currently £85 - including internet, council tax, water, TV licence and electricity)
