Looking for someone to take my room in my cosy, plant-filled flat in a fantastic location nestled on Peckham Rye! After living at the flat for over a year I am now moving in with my girlfriend. I’ll be sad to say goodbye to this lovely flat!
The flat has a warm, welcoming atmosphere with neutral walls and beautiful bare floorboards throughout. The space is filled with lots of indoor plants that add to its calming, green vibe, making it a great place to relax and unwind.
It’s perfect for anyone who loves working from home — with the option of taking lunchtime walks in the Rye, or enjoying a morning coffee in the sun. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, such as a microwave, oven and fridge/freezer. The large hallway features a handy book and vinyl shelf, for storage. It also is wide enough for bike storage and the flat also boasts a big storage cupboard for shoes and bikes.
In the middle of the flat is the bathroom which includes a bath/shower and storage space for toiletries, which is perfect for relaxing after a hard days work.
The room available is light, quiet, and cosy, offering a comfortable space to unwind. It also leads out onto a private terrace, perfect for summer hosting, exercising, or just enjoying the outdoors.
You’ll be sharing the flat with my friend Bob who works in a workshop as a metal worker and has lived in SE for years. We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy, quiet and respectful whilst also being up for the occasional beer or shared meal together. Ideally someone in their late 20s/early 30s.
Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or a place to entertain friends, this flat has it all. It's a great spot for making the most of Peckham/ East Dulwich’s vibrant restaurants, pubs and shops while enjoying the tranquility of the park right on your doorstep.
