Room in Dulwich

We're Mei, Joey, and Chris, and we're looking for a fourth person to join us in our amazing home!

We live in a lovely, spacious, period house. Your room is a decent size with a large window. The room is unfurnished.

The house itself has a large kitchen/dining room, a good-sized living room, and a downstairs toilet in addition to the bathroom and toilet upstairs.

The room can be available from 1st January. The contract is for two years, but there is a break clause after the first year.

The picture showing the garden is the view from the room. The garden belongs to the ground floor flat but there are some great parks nearby.

Here's a bit about us. Mei is a policy advisor in a conservation charity. She loves art, music, and cinema. Chris is a climate campaigner who studied music, and also runs an activist choir. Joey is a professional photographer from Goldsmiths. He's also an artist and musician in his spare time.

We are friendly, considerate housemates and we really care about keeping the house a homely, comfortable, and peaceful place to live. We all love to cook and we enjoy a glass of wine or movie nights from time to time. We can't wait to take you to our local 'East Dulwich Tavern'/EDT (see picture) when you move in!

At the moment, we all mainly work from home 9-5pm, and enjoy grabbing coffee breaks together when we can.

All bills are about £100-150 a month, which includes some sweet fibre optic broadband!

The house is a 3 minute walk from East Dulwich station (with links to London Bridge), 5 minute bus ride from Denmark Hill station (Overground station and trains to Victoria), and a 1 minute walk from multiple bus services into Central London. Peckham is a 20 minute walk away, Brixton is a 15 minute bus ride, and we are a 3 minute walk from Lordship Lane - which has great pubs, restaurants. bars, a cinema, and lots of shops!

There's a huge Sainsburys up the road, and an M&S even closer. There's plenty of parks around us too to be able to get some fresh air.
