One month Sublet Available in beautiful house

The Room:
Available from 15th January - 15th February, while I am away traveling. This is a spacious double room on the ground floor of a three-bedroom house in East Dulwich. It comes with a dedicated bathroom next door, which is almost exclusively yours, as it's rarely used by other housemates.

The House:
You'll be sharing with three other housemates who are easy-going and open-minded. Our interests span music, politics, art, food, and film. Ella works for an environmental organisation and works partly from home. Tim is an NHS therapist and works from home a couple of days a week. Joe is pursuing a BA in Psychotherapy and works at a SEND school.

Ideal Housemate:
We're looking for someone who wants to be part of a vibrant house community. You should be interested in joining house meals, pub outings, movie nights, and other social activities. Previous experience in house-sharing is essential, and you should value mutual respect and open communication. We prefer someone who is vegetarian and tidy, with a professional approach to shared living spaces. Suitable for professionals or postgraduate students.

Location:
Excellent public transport links with bus routes 185, 176, 197, and 40 nearby. East Dulwich Station is a 15-minute walk, and Denmark Hill is 25 minutes on foot. Located just off Lordship Lane, in East Dulwich, a vibrant high street with numerous pubs and amenities.
