Description: We've a room that's become available in our flat, and we're looking for a replacement to move in from the 21st of December.
You’ll be living with Phineas (they/them) and David (he/him). The vibe in the house is relaxed, familiar, and comfortable. Everyone enjoys their own space, but we also come together for the occasional movie night and meal, and all contribute to keeping the flat spick and span.
MB, our current flatmate, is taking a good amount of stuff from communal spaces with them when they move, so if you like interior design, we could use your eye!
We're aged 24 - 28, but we're open to accepting professionals up to 30.
The room itself is on the mezzanine floor - it's recently had a new small double bed and mattress installed, so you'd have a relatively new bed.
The room gets lots of natural light in the morning. It is by a main road that connects Peckham and Brixton, plus we're opposite a secondary school, so mornings and late afternoons can be a little noisy, but David has been in the room five years, and it's not too bad.
The flat is well-connected transport-wise, with an 8-minute walk to East Dulwich Station, and bus stops from just a 3-minute walk away.
In terms of ammenities, we have a Sainsburys within 15 minutes walk, and two M&S stores (Zone 2 South London, darling) within 10 minutes walk. We're also a short distance from Tessa Jowell Health Centre and Pharmacy, and Lordship Lane, which has plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes.
If this sounds like something you’d be interested in, drop me a message, tell me a bit about yourself, and we can organise a viewing!
Thanks!
