Double bedroom in garden flat on Lordship Lane

I’m looking for someone to take over a spacious double bedroom from Jan 26th.

The room has high ceilings and a large bay window. The room is unfurnished but I can leave behind the wardrobe.

The flat has a bathroom with a bath, a cellar for additional storage, kitchen with a full sized fridge, dishwasher and washing machine, and a beautiful living room area that opens out into the garden. There is a lot of light that comes through in the daytime.

You will be sharing with my current housemate, Jean who is in her mid 30s, from Canada and is a healthcare professional. She is clean, tidy, easy going and sociable. She works roughly 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.

The flat is in the perfect location, right next to Lordship Lane which has plenty of great shops/pubs/restaurants. It’s a 10 min walk to East Dulwich station and 15 min walk to Peckham Rye Park.
