The house is in a great location, with gated private parking if you have a car. It’s just a 10-minute walk to either East Dulwich or North Dulwich stations, for commuting.

1. Large Double Room – A spacious room with a king-size bed, fully furnished. Rent is £1,250 + bills.
2. Single Room – compact but comfortable, fully furnished single room. Rent is £760 + bills.

* The outdoor area includes a covered section, perfect for bike storage.
* Four bedrooms in total and two shared bathrooms between 3 as one room is en-suite.
About Us:

Jack (30) and Ebeneezer (29). Jack works as a surveyor and Ebeneezer in tech - we’re both into sport and fitness, and like to chill after busy days at work. We’re looking for housemates that are respectful and value a nice space to live in. Very happy to socialise but have our own lives outside of the house.
