We are looking for a couple (or 2/3 individuals) to rent our flat for six months, from mid-March to the end of September 2025, while we are away.
Our spacious and airy maisonette is located on the top floor of a quiet and friendly block. The flat features a separate kitchen, living room, dining room, main bedroom, and a second bedroom/office. While technically a three-bedroom property, the third bedroom is currently set up as a dining room.
The flat is perfect for a couple. The main bedroom includes a king-size bed and a large wardrobe, while the second bedroom offers additional storage space and an office setup. The living room is ideal to relax in with cosy furnishings and a large tv. The separate dining room is perfect for hosting guests.
In the kitchen, you’ll find modern appliances, including a recently installed dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge-freezer, electric hob, and oven. The bathroom has been refreshed with a new shower unit.
Large, fully glazed windows throughout the flat let in abundant natural light.
THE LOCATION
The flat is a short 4–5 minute walk from East Dulwich Station, offering regular services to London Bridge. It’s also just a 10-minute walk to Denmark Hill Station, which provides connections to Victoria, Blackfriars, and Farringdon, as well as the Overground. You can be in central London in approximately 20 minutes door-to-door.
You’ll be ideally situated between the lush green spaces, great eateries, and excellent pubs of Camberwell, Peckham, and East Dulwich—our dream location and one of the reasons we bought this flat.
Nearby, you’ll find countless spots including Silk Road, Theo’s, Toad Bakery, The Camberwell Arms, Artusi, The Montpelier, Forza Wine (and Forza Win), and the East Dulwich Tavern. In summer, Peckham’s rooftop bars come alive, and you’ll be just 10 minutes from the beautiful Ruskin Park, which will soon feature a sauna and cold plunge in spring, as well as a 10-minute drive to East Dulwich Park and Dulwich Village.
Additionally, there is free parking throughout the estate—perfect if you have a car.
