I’m looking for a lovely new flatmate to take over my current flatmate’s contract in the flat I rent in East Dulwich / Peckham.

There’s a bright, spacious double room available in our calm and friendly home. The room can be unfurnished, or furnished if you’d like to buy furniture from the current tenant.

About the flat:
It’s a cozy, peaceful place with lots of natural light, a big garden (great for relaxing, reading, sunbathing, gardening, or occasionally befriending the neighbours’ cats 🐈), a large living room for movie nights or home workouts, and a fully equipped kitchen with space if you have your own bits to bring. I really value a relaxed, respectful home vibe where it’s easy to switch off and feel at ease.

Location-wise:
We’re just 2 minutes from Peckham Rye Park (great for runners), 1 minute from local shops, and 2 minutes from the Saturday East Dulwich market. Lordship Lane’s pubs, cafés, and restaurants are all close by, and the street itself is friendly and safe.

About me:
I’m a full-time yoga teacher, very into wellness, running, and staying active. I enjoy going out and being social, but I also love quiet evenings curled up with a book. Home is important to me — I like it to feel safe, cosy, and somewhere you can properly relax, with good communication and shared responsibility between flatmates. I often work evenings and Sundays, so you’ll sometimes have the flat to yourself too.

Rent & availability:
£1087 per month + approx. £150 in bills.
Available from 1st March or 1st April — moving dates can be flexible.
This would be a tenant replacement, as I’m not the landlord.
