Lovely double ensuite room in friendly house

Looking for someone to come and sub-let my lovely en-suite room for 5 months (with the possibility to extend). Unfortunately I have to move out but am really sad to be leaving such a great house and a really lovely household!

About the house / room:
It is a big four bed house situated in East Dulwich. The room itself is large, on the ground floor and has the private use of a large en-suite bathroom. The house is pretty big and fully furnished with loads of communal space, with a separate dining room, living room and kitchen and a great rear garden. The room itself will come unfurnished, save for the bed, which will stay with the house.

The house is situated between Peckham Rye and Dulwich park, and not too far from Lordship lane with all its lovely shops and cafes.

A bit about the other flatmates:
They are a sociable and friendly group. Three are professionals, working in health, neuroscience and production. One is finishing their PhD in animal behaviour. They’re also all into keeping healthy and have other creative or fun pursuits. I can really say they’re a lovely bunch who have become great friends of mine and I’m sad to be leaving such a warm and friendly group of people.

Who would be a good fit:
The house are looking for someone with a similar energy to them - someone who has their own life but up for being a part of the household. A few work from home part of the time, so you need to be ok with others around during the day. Queer folks and allies welcome!
