My plans have change and will be subletting this room for the two months I am away travelling (instead of moving out)
Available from 12th May - 12th July (flexible with the length of stay)
The Room:
Double room, furnished with bed & mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The room gets the morning light and looks over the back garden 🌞
The House:
The house has a large kitchen and separate living room with a telly! There’s a small downstairs toilet and large bathroom upstairs with bath and overhead shower. There’s also a small front garden and larger back garden.
The Flatmates:
You’ll be sharing with three other working professionals. W is a furniture maker, T sells men’s clothing and J is a barista. It’s a friendly, cosy household where we sometimes have takeaways / drinks together and our own space.
Rent is £700 per month including all bills.
