*cats welcome* A large double room has become available in our lovely, spacious flat on a quiet and beautiful residential street in East Dulwich. The room is massive, bright, and unfurnished, with the option to purchase furniture from the current tenant if needed.

The rest of the flat is fully furnished and ready to live in. We have a huge living room with a comfy sofa, TV, and dining area – ideal for relaxing or hosting. The modern kitchen has everything you need to cook and feel right at home.

The flat is located in a peaceful and picturesque part of East Dulwich, tucked away from the noise but just a 20 minute walk from Peckham High Street and the independent shops and cafés of Lordship Lane. Peckham Rye Park is just a 5-minute walk away, and our slightly uphill spot makes for a lovely stroll to the greenery. There’s also a fantastic local pub nearby – Watson’s General Telegraph.

Transport links are excellent: we’re right beside the first stop for the 63 bus, meaning you’ll always get a seat. We’re also a short bus ride to both Peckham Rye Station and Honor Oak Park Station, with easy connections into central London.

You’ll be sharing with me – I work locally and enjoy a calm, welcoming home. In my free time, I love reading, yoga, going to see live music and exploring all the new bars and hidden gems popping up around Peckham.
