Myself and my girlfriend live in my 3bed maisonette flat (100m from Peckham Rye) and are looking to rent out one of the spare rooms.
The flat: first and second floor of a semi detached house on a quiet street in SE22. Bright and open living and kitchen area. Your south facing very large bedroom would be on the top floor. We share the garden with our downstairs neighbour but have a beautiful private area with lawn, plants and a seating area.
Us: myself and my gf, both 31, have been making the space a home over the last year. We both work half the days in the office and half from home. We are usually around during the week, gardening, exercising, cooking and then will see friends and family over the weekend.
We’re looking for someone to move in as soon as possible until mid September. We can be flexible on dates so do reach out with your availability.
