Double room for rent in East Dulwich with couple

Hello!

Our current flatmate is moving out at the end of August (exact date to be confirmed) and we are looking for someone fun and sociable to take his room, as shown in the pictures. The room will be unfurnished, a blank canvas to decorate how you wish. No limits on age but around the same as us would be great.

About us:
We are a couple (yup, that is us in the last picture), a writer & drama teacher (left), and a guitar tutor & composer (right). We are both very sociable (though we don't tend to have big parties in house), avid readers, film fanatics and music fans who like to cook. We cook communally at the moment and it would be lovely to find someone who also wanta to do this. Any other shared interests are also ideal (we have no shortage of bookshelf space if you also like to read).

About the flat:
The top 2 floors of a maisonette: living room, kitchen and your room are on the first floor; our room and a spare bedroom also used as a study and for instrument are on the second floor. Rent and bills come to approximately £835. We are just off Lordship Lane which has plenty of shops. A little Sainsburys is less than 5 minutes away, as is the nearest bus stop. The nearest big supermarket is a Sainsburys a 25 minute walk away (or a short bus ride). The nearest overground stations are East Dulwich (20 minutes walk) and Peckham Rye (25 minutes walk), both can be reached by a short bus journey.
